Job Description
As Payroll Team Leader you will lead a team of Payroll Officers in ensuring ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for staff across our business. You will also act as a key point of guidance on payroll related queries and lead reporting forecasting and process initiatives.
Qualifications :
- 5 years experience in Payroll
- Previous leadership experience
- Comprehensive understanding of Modern Awards and payroll legislation
- Strong communication organisation and planning skills
- Advanced knowledge of payroll and time & attendance systems and experience with ADP Payforce is essential
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
