Job Description
As our Dental Receptionist youll be the friendly face that greets our patients and the organizational whiz behind our smooth operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm professional demeanor
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
- Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
- There will be an aspect of dental assisting on an ad hoc basis as needed.
Qualifications :
- Must hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting OR
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a Dental Receptionist.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software applications.
- Experience with file keeping and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
