What Youll Do
Operate the facility in accordance with Tessenderlo Kerley policies and all applicable OSHA EPA DOT and state/federal regulations.
Load and unload trucks and railcars while following strict safety and environmental procedures.
Read and record local instrumentation data and obtain and analyze product samples to verify quality.
Perform outside operations including manual valve and equipment operation.
Troubleshoot and correct process and equipment irregularities as needed.
Participate in plant safety programs by attending meetings reporting hazards and conducting inspections.
Support hazardous waste management including packaging labeling and cleanup per HAZWOPER training.
Maintain a clean orderly work environment and assist with facility projects turnarounds and confined space entries.
Implement emergency response procedures and assist in resolving incidents when required.
Support special assignments and other duties as needed by plant management.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
High school diploma or GED required.
Technical mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand technical materials and regulatory documentation.
Basic math analytical and chemistry knowledge.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literacy and the ability to work with basic digital tools.
Commitment to teamwork safety and operational excellence.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Ability to pass a Fit Test and wear full-face and half-face respirators as required.
