Job Description
Walmart is hiring for Custodian II role in Spring TX
As a Part-Time Mid-Shift Shift Custodian II youll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and associates. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and welcoming.
Compensation: $15.20/hour $2.00/hour shift differential
Work Schedule: Midshift Every Saturday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM plus two weekdays with shifts from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM (based on business needs)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques materials and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning maintenance and sanitizing tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
