The Project Compliance Assistant will be working in conjunction with multiple stakeholders including Project Manager(s) on a number of projects for our high-profile commercial client. We are looking for someone who can produce work independently work collaboratively and have experience in delivering as a consultant in a client facing capacity. The role is Mexico City based.
The Project Compliance Assistant is responsible for supporting Project Managers in the delivery of a range of construction projects across Mexico.
Qualifications :
Experience in working in the construction industry.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in a Document Control role. Ideally your experience will be in Commercial Office or Retail projects.
General understanding of the procurement process and contract types for appointing a General Contractor Engineer and Architect.
Experience establishing purchase orders change orders budget variations and payments to vendors.
Proficient with Excel.
Information technology capability - Proficient on the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Word and PowerPoint). SharePoint and Oracle experience is desirable. Training will be provided for client software packages.
Ability to proactively solve problems and manage client expectations.
Polished individual who demonstrates excellent presentation verbal written and communication skills in Spanish and English. Experience training teams is desirable.
Passion and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative high paced environment.
Commercial awareness ability to recognize business opportunities based on Turner & Townsends wider scopes of service delivery.
