1) conducting operational activities related to the development of student sports participating in the coordination planning development of sports and physical culture and recreation life of the University;
2) participation in the establishment and development of cooperation with other universities and youth organizations and with representatives of local authorities responsible for the development of sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad;
3) implementation of operational activities related to the financing of student sports including timely formation of the budget for the purchase of goods and services preparation of the necessary documentation;
4) developing and coordinating the activities of student sports organizations drawing up an annual work plan for them;
5) support and consultation of students for participation in city national and international tournaments and competitions
6) coordinates the activities of coaches of sports clubs control and maintenance of contracts for the provision of services training schedules
7) accounting and distribution of sports uniforms equipment and sports equipment of national teams;
8) development of communication with other departments of the University for the development of sports and healthy lifestyle of students;
9) participation in consultations with government agencies other organizations structural divisions of the University within their competence;
10) participation in the preparation of proposals to the leadership on the development of sports and physical culture in university life;
11) participation in the control of cleanliness general order discipline labor protection rules and regulations fire protection rules safety regulations industrial sanitation and hygiene requirements in sports facilities premises and University grounds;
12) work with incoming correspondence with requests from structural divisions timely submission of responses to letters appeals from citizens within their competence;
13) participation in the processes of identification assessment management monitoring of risks within the supervised area;
14) communicates with staff of University Service Management to coordinate the activities of student sports clubs;
15) optimization of business processes in the supervised area;
16) timely and high-quality execution of other assignments of the Head and management of the University within the framework of their official duties and powers.
17) performs the tasks of the immediate supervisor and the University management in a timely and appropriate manner
Qualifications :
Education
Higher professional education preferably in higher educational institutions with English language of instruction and medium of assessment
Priority majors:
Work experience
At least three years.
At least 1 year with a Masters degree in the relevant field
