Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly MIS for analysis of key financial KPIs & reporting of P&L with suitable comparatives.
- Latest estimates for monthly reporting by coordinating with respective business stakeholders & to upload in BPC system.
- Strategic financial planning: Support to develop and implement long-term financial strategies in alignment with overall business goals and market conditions.
- Budgeting & forecasting: Key role to play in the annual budgeting process monthly forecasting and long-range financial planning providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Financial modelling: Create and maintain detailed financial models to simulate different business scenarios assess the impact of various strategic initiatives & optimize capital allocation.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure a solid framework for managing liquidity financial targeted profit and working capital.
- Performance tracking: Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs and present regular performance reports to senior management highlighting trends and strategic implications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations multiple business regions R&D etc) to ensure financial plans align with business objectives and drive value creation.
- Lead initiatives to streamline financial processes and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered accountant with strong background in relevant experience
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or a related role.
- Strong understanding of corporate financial principles & strategic planning.
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial models forecasts and long-term plans.
- Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems. Experience of SAP & BPC is mandatory.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects
