Job Description
- Budgeting:
- Provide inputs on sales performance manpower requirements market competition and sales projections for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Estimate marketing budgets for the site (including promotions sales manpower broker commissions).
- Recommend budget allocations.
- Sales Planning:
- Create and recommend sales strategies for achieving sales targets (e.g. launch plan for a new project).
2. Operational Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Management:
- Meet and monitor channel partners.
- Screen potential partners and communicate company terms and conditions.
- Set channel distribution strategy and drive channel business.
- Team & Sales Management:
- Assign sales targets to the team.
- Track sales inventory.
- Interact with customers to convert leads and negotiate deals.
- Generate and manage leads.
- Market Development:
- Explore new opportunities in corporate sales within the region.
- Sales Administration:
- Manage all aspects of the after-sales relationship with customers.
- Ensure accurate input and management of customer data.
- Ensure site experience aligns with brand norms.
3. People Management
- Define and set work objectives for team members.
- Balance workload allocation within the team.
- Review tasks and conduct regular performance assessments.
- Complete performance appraisals.
- Drive team-building and employee engagement activities.
4. Process Adherence & Improvement
- Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes.
- Recommend and undertake process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and project timelines.
5. Learning and Development
- Identify personal development needs.
- Take actionable steps to pursue learning (training education projects etc..
