Job Description

Were hiring two Talent Acquisition Partners to join our UK team:

  • One focused on hiring contingent talent across EMEA including contractors and freelancers for Canvas design and marketing teams.
  • One focused on permanent hiring across creative people finance and more helping build long-term teams and bring new Canvanauts into the fold.

Both roles offer the chance to shape Canvas growing team in a meaningful way and partner with some of the most inspiring creatives in the world.

What youd be doing in this role

As Canva continues to grow across EMEA were looking for Talent Acquisition Partners to help us find exceptional people across a variety of specialties. Youll work closely with hiring managers in the region using your recruitment expertise to shape hiring strategies deliver seamless candidate experiences and connect brilliant people to meaningful opportunities at Canva. Youll take a creative data-informed approach to sourcing champion inclusive hiring practices and keep quality at the heart of every hire.

At the moment this role is focused on:

  • Managing end-to-end hiring processes across one or more specialty areas.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to define role requirements craft effective sourcing strategies and guide best-practice hiring.
  • Sourcing and engaging top talent globally using a blend of creativity data and candidate insight.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and champion of Canvas values in every candidate interaction.
  • Driving inclusive hiring practices to help us build diverse world-class teams.
  • Using data and AI to continuously improve the way we hire from process to experience to quality.

Youre probably a match if

  • Bring strong experience in fast-paced high-volume recruitment ideally with a track record hiring creative design or marketing talent (contract or permanent)
  • Are passionate about global hiring and excited by cultural nuance language and building inclusive teams across borders
  • Have built hiring processes from scratch advised stakeholders and helped teams grow from the ground up
  • Care deeply about diversity and love building teams with varied perspectives and backgrounds
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment juggling competing priorities and wearing multiple hats
  • Are curious creative and proactive in how you source you know that great talent isnt always on LinkedIn
  • Know how to bring Canvas product culture and mission to life in a way that attracts the right people
