Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow. This role involves analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to streamline Quadax operational performance improve customer service and visibility into requests.
- Define requirements maintain the development backlog and prioritize the work of the developers.
- Guiding and working with the developers to develop and maintain ServiceNow applications modules and workflows.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for ServiceNow applications.
- Create detailed documentation including process maps user guides and training materials.
- Monitor and report on the performance of ServiceNow solutions making recommendations for enhancements.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ServiceNow certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management is a plus.
