Candidates should possess a Personal Training and/or Group Exercise Certification or be eager to pursue one showcasing a commitment to professional development in the fitness industry. Experience in personal training group fitness or wellness within a clinical fitness or physical therapy setting is highly valuable.
Furthermore successful coordinators demonstrate enthusiasm and cultivate positive rapport with residents team members and families creating a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere that inspires physical activity and wellness. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- A love of seniors and passion for enhancing lives through meaningful interactions
