Who we are looking for

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Representative for Cadonix in Framingham MA. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven record in successfully implementing sales strategies. You should be determined to exceed targets and flawlessly manage key accounts. Your proven ability to collaborate inclusively and compete in a fast-paced environment will drive mutual success.

What you get to do

• Develop new business by analyzing account potential initiating sales and recommending new sales strategies.
• Find opportunities in accounts through studying current business evaluating needs and analyzing potential.
• Contribute to sales strategies by evaluating product results and monitoring competitive products.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales activity goals.

What you bring to the Team

• Bachelors or masters degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of excellent outside sales experience.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus).
• Proven skills in prospecting and web research.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently while taking ownership of duties.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities with a focus on details.
• Ability to spot trends and opportunities in a high-volume environment.
