Job Description

The opportunity:
This role will cover the Metro Atlanta territory with travel to the outlying market 3-4 times per month. This position will report to the Sr. Regional Sales Manager East and work in both on-premise and off-premise accounts. In this role youll also collaborate with multiple distributor partners to support our diverse portfolio of brands including alcoholic functional and innovation-forward beverages ensuring strong representation and execution across the assigned territory.

You call Atlanta home. You have one to three years of demonstrated successful sales experience opening new accounts increasing distribution volume growth and working with wholesalers. You have a proven ability to build new relationships and maintain them. You are competitive self-motivated and passionate about growing the brand alongside your teammates with a willingness to learn and be coached in real time.

In This Role You Will:
Own On and off-premise accounts within the assigned territory by building meaningful relationships with buyers
Work with the distributor reps to ensure the execution of monthly quarterly and annual goals assigned by the Sr. Regional Sales Manager East
Cultivate a relationship with the distributor sales team to execute sales initiatives & orchestrate ride-a-longs ) at the instruction of the Sr. Regional Sales Manager East
Drive constant email and phone communication regular in-person visits and ride-along with distributor sales reps
Effectively manage time by calling on and off-premise accounts weekly by priority
Work together and communicate with the Sr. Regional Sales Manager East to schedule and/or execute JuneShine promotions samplings on a weekly basis
Communicate updates on weekly recaps key initiatives whats working vs. whats not wins/losses and tools needed to be successful on a weekly basis with Sr. Regional Sales Manager East
Work in conjunction with fellow teammates within the region to share best practices and maximize opportunities
Help to executeNational Account gaps per Sr. Regional Sales Manager East
Educate accounts why we are premium and different from our competitors

Must Haves:
21 years of age or older at the time of application
State-specific alcohol certification required by the start date
Must live in the assigned territory area with reliable transportation: Metro Atlanta area
Minimum of 1-year experience in alcohol beverage sales
Willing to manage a large territory that requires weekly travel
Previous Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales experience with proven results
Knowledge of wholesale distribution and operations
Able to regularly work during evenings and on weekends as needed
Strong interpersonal skills
MS Office and/or Google Workspaceproficiency
Desire to contribute to a fast-paced purpose-driven company

Compensation:
Full-Time Salaried Exempt
The anticipated salary range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00. Compensation within this range is based on experience qualifications and demonstrated skills
