What Will You Do
- Assurequality of all production through proper training and monitoring of employee work methods.
- Meetshipping schedules.
- Workwith the production of sample runs and general production problem solving.
- Establishmanpower requirements to maximize production/cost ratios.
- Setgoals for group leaders and department personnel.
- Conductemployee performance appraisals and salary reviews.
- Find methods to improve productivity while either maintaining or enhancing product quality.
- Performspecial projects and other duties as assigned.
- Assistin the documentation of employee records for wages attendance performance etc.
- Helpkeep production running during maintenance problems.
- Assistin the development of written manufacturing specifications.
What Will You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Two years production-related experience
- Experience in finish operations (preferred)
