What Will You Do

  • Assurequality of all production through proper training and monitoring of employee work methods.
  • Meetshipping schedules.
  • Workwith the production of sample runs and general production problem solving.
  • Establishmanpower requirements to maximize production/cost ratios.
  • Setgoals for group leaders and department personnel.
  • Conductemployee performance appraisals and salary reviews.
  • Find methods to improve productivity while either maintaining or enhancing product quality.
  • Performspecial projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Assistin the documentation of employee records for wages attendance performance etc.
  • Helpkeep production running during maintenance problems.
  • Assistin the development of written manufacturing specifications.

What Will You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Two years production-related experience
  • Experience in finish operations (preferred)
