Job Description
Job Title:Manager Control TowerFirst Mile & Return
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple locations of FM & RTS/RTO
- Franchise network management
- Publish daily/weekly performance with higher management along with deep dive analysis/insight
- Responsibilities include service excellence liaising with internal operational teams handling systemic and structural issues audit and risk management.
- Manage seller escalation and resolve their concern with sales
- Includes communicating and implementing new standards and performance expectations relating to training service or procedural changes as needed
- Study different processes and the gaps involved to drive standardization solve for speed and eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Reduce losses in the FM from sellers and RTO/RTS Return leg to sellers
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling Last Mile / First Mile
- Prior experience in e-commerce or logistics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills planning and cost optimization skills.
- Strong excel and data summarization skills
- Knows Rider Fraternity / Fleet Management.
