LOCATION: Richmond VA
Facility: 130 bed acute care hospital
SALARY:$96K - $153K15% BONUSSIGNON RELO POSSIBLE
Reports to: CNO
1 manager 3 Clinical Nurse Coordinators
70 total FTEs
DESCRIPTION
Director of Surgical Services leads the perioperative team by focusing on safe patient care while effectively managing operations. The Director of Surgical Services has 24/7 responsibility for their departments.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in nursing required
Masters degree in Nursing Business Administration Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred
3 years of experience in a leadership role surgical/ operating room REQUIRED
Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred
