Job Description

In this part-time paid internship youll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment supporting the movement of products from our U.S. manufacturing and reload facilities to customers around the globe.
As a Logistics Intern youll be immersed in real-world logistics operations contribute to meaningful projects and develop skills in transportation planning supply chain coordination and systems management.
What Youll Do:
- Support shipment scheduling and resolve logistics issues to minimize business impact.
- Manage equipment allocation freight rates and routing in the TMS system.
- Track order progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors to coordinate logistics.
- Assist with reporting invoice processing and vendor account reconciliation.
- Cross-train in logistics functions and provide backup support as needed.
What You Bring:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Supply Chain Logistics or related program.
- Strong understanding of process management and continuous improvement principles.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong communication abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
