Berkley Aspire is seeking an E&S Renewal Underwriting Manager to lead its renewals team. This is an exciting and highly visible opportunity to lead a team within a dynamic growing organization!
This role can be located on a hybrid schedule in one of Aspires three offices - Scottsdale AZ Glen Allen VA or West Chester OH. We will consider a remote arrangement for the right candidate.
The Renewal Underwriting Manager will oversee the underwriting support functions within the underwriting department and directly supervise the Renewal Underwriter team. They are responsible for oversight of all workflows and processes in support of the renewal underwriting teams.
The Renewal Underwriting Manager will work closely with the Underwriting leadership team to implement and execute Aspires Commercial Underwriting strategy to drive profitable growth and achieve business unit objectives.
