Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. is a full-service international business-oriented law firm headquartered in Milwaukee WI. The Billing Specialist will manage and coordinate the various electronic billing vendors utilized by firm clients and be responsible for the billing of fees and disbursements for legal services.
Some of the duties and responsibilities include:
Effectively and professionally interact and communicate with attorneys legal administrative assistants and clients.
Manage and coordinate the delivery of invoices through various electronic billing systems sharing
responsibility with the department manager and others on the billing team.
Ensure that prebills have been sent to the appropriate attorney on the first of the month.
Maintain an organized billing approach and follow up with attorneys when needed.
Execute complex bills in a timely manner.
Deliver invoices to clients in multiple fashions (hard copy email e-billing).
Assist other Billing Specialists as needed.
Other job duties as assigned.

Three to five years of experience but we are flexible for the right candidate.
Associates degree or BA in Accounting or other related field preferred.
Proficiency in 3E Electronic Billing Systems (Legal Tracker T360 Collaborati etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
While performing the duties of this job the employee must be able to frequently use a keyboard calculator and telephone. Frequent sitting walking talking hearing and occasionally stand stoop bend kneel crouch crawl lift (20 lbs.) and an ability to adjust vision for close vision work.
