Role: US Dispatch Manager
Location: Chd IT Park/Mohali 67
Salary Up to 50-55k CTC
US Rotational Shifts
5.5 days working Cabs
Job details:-
Must have Min for 2-3 years of US Team handling experience.
Handling a team who handles Compliance/ documentation reviews related to clients.
Leading and Managing team with a knack to help team members and get solutions to their issues/concerns.
Ability to make effective independent decisions.
Analyzing team goals and managing team performance.
Help team members toimprovise their respective performance coach/ mentor/ train when required.
Review team members work regularly.
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Basic email and chat etiquettes
Immediate joining preferred.
