A welcoming secondary school in Richmond is seeking a passionate ECT Drama Teacher to join their Performing Arts department from September 2025.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ECT Drama Teacher to take centre stage in a school that values creative learning and self-expression. Whether youre a performer director or behind-the-scenes enthusiast youll thrive in this ECT Drama Teacher role.
The ECT Drama Teacher will teach across KS3 and KS4 helping students to explore drama techniques script work and devising. There will also be the chance to support or direct school productions and clubs.
Location: Richmond Salary: MPS (Outer London) Start: September 2025
ECT Drama Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Encourage teamwork confidence and creative thinking in students
- Help run theatre trips and drama clubs
- Contribute to school shows and performing arts events
Person Specification:
- QTS and a degree in Drama or related subject
- Energetic confident and enthusiastic about performing arts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
