About the Role:

Are you based in Shepparton and ready to make an impact in your community Were looking for a confident driven individual with a passion for sales and networking to connect with local employers and unlock exciting opportunities for our participants. Leverage your expert marketing and communication skills to guide our participants into sustainable rewarding careers. What Youll Do:

• Empowerment through Engagement: Foster and maintain meaningful relationships with participants employers and community organizations to create tailored pathways for success.
• Dynamic Days: No two days are the sameyour schedule will keep you on your toes from engaging in high-level meetings to casual yet meaningful coffee catch-ups. Every day brings fresh opportunities and exciting interactions.
• Measure of Success: Your impact will be measured by the positive relationships you build and maintain and the sustained employment outcomes you achieve.

About You: While prior industry experience isnt essential what truly matters is your drive networking prowess and ability to thrive in diverse environments. You excel at juggling multiple deadlines while keeping things organized and ensuring compliance with key administrative tasks.
