Having won some new business were expanding our team capacity and currently seeking an Implementation & Activation Performance Manager to work across both Search Social. Social focus will be Google Ads Meta TikTok and likely Pinterest;

YOUR TEAM
The scope of the broader Implementation & Activation (I&A) team covers the Implementation Planning and Activation of all media channels and touchpoints with a focus on delivering connected audience-first client outputs. Within the team we have members who work across all channels and both implementation planning & activation and others who specialise and work across a more focused scope of work (e.g. Performance specialists who work across Social & Search).
This team focus on supporting one of our Automotive clients.
We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 2-3 days per week.
YOUR ROLE
The I&A Manager - Performance ensures seamless execution of the media plan and provides feedback on Performance Directors planning considerations for the future and notes for the client.
- You will have a combination of hands-on activation duties on key platforms (such as Meta TikTok) as well as YouTube search as well as overseeing a performance Executive who will look to you for leadership and guidance.
- You will manage optimisation and reporting (during and post campaign) of campaigns in ad accounts.
- Support in any planning and response to brief activity assisting on large campaigns and managing smaller ones on adhoc basis.
YOUR IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To thrive in this role you will have worked with strong performance-focussed clients specifically lead gen.
- You are adept at testing - setting up and/or recommending a T&L structure.
- You have experience with onsite analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and are able to analyse metrics that are tracked on these.
- Youve managed Co-ords and Execs have strong admin skills.
- Youre technically adept on key platforms (incl Meta TikTok) and are not afraid to be hands-on with the tools.
- Automotive exposure is a plus.
