Description of the role:
Richardson Motors in Dubuque IA is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for managing online inquiries communicating with potential guest and helping guest with theirvehicle purchase.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide information to customers regarding available vehicles and promotions
- Provide a personalized vehicle video to all inquiries
- Nurture leads and guide potential customers through the buying process
- Enhance each guest purchase experience through effective communication and negotiation
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience in an automotive or retail environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a team to meet sales goals
- Thrives in a process driven environment
- Professional personal appearance
