We are now seeking a Senior Member Service Representative for our Sunnyvale Branch. Ideal candidates will:
- Have excellent communication & people skills

- Achieve or exceed Sales and Service goals
Essential Job Functions include:
- To achieve or exceed the established sales and service goals through building of member relationships cross-selling credit union new memberships loans and services. Engages in outbound calls to members and business development in the community.
- Welcomes members and receives and processes member financial transactions including deposits withdrawals loan payments and merchandise sales. Assists members with opening and closing accounts. Provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service. Processes Trusts Business Association Accounts with minimal supervision.
- Balances cash drawer and daily transactions and maintains security of all cash and negotiables. Performs vault balancing duties cash monitoring daily assists with cash ordering and replenishment of cash machine.
- Leads monitors coaches and assists other member service representatives ensuring member satisfaction and a high level of engagement. Reports trends to management with recommended solutions. Assists with daily lunch/break scheduling and monthly branch audits.
- Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including processing reports filing computer input and answering the telephone. Completes requests for special services such as statements copies check copies stop payment orders and debit cards in addition to other duties assigned..
- Researches member questions escalates complex issues when appropriate and ensures timely and effective resolution.
Education and Qualifications:
- Minimum two to five years of similar or related experience
- A high school education or GED

Salary Range: $27.00 to $31.00 per hour
