Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) Flagstaff Area
Pay Range: $52 $54/hour
Schedule: Flexible shifts available
7:00 AM 3:30 PM
8:30 AM 4:30 PM
Final schedule to be determined by the Administrator. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of Arizona
Previous experience in a long-term care setting (required)
Required Compliance Documentation
Updated professional resume
Active Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
OIG/SAM name clearance check
Current CPR/BLS certification
Completed 2 stepTB skin test
Valid RN license/certification
Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination form
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or signed declination form
Completed Agency Skills Assessment Packet
