This is a role for a versatile technologist - someone who loves wearing multiple hats stepping into new challenges daily and enabling others by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your Role: Tech Swiss Army Knife
As our operations engineer youll be the teams technical enabler and all-rounder. Youll contribute across:
- Customer support: Triage technical issues and work with the team on resolving them.
- Sales & onboarding: Assist with demos PoCs technical vetting and helping new customers get started.
- Internal support & enablement: Manage environments streamline workflows solve friction points for product sales and customer success teams.
- Infrastructure troubleshooting: Networks scripts permissions storage DICOM configurations - whatever needs solving.
This is a high-trust high-ownership role where flexibility curiosity and initiative are valued as much as raw technical skill.
