What we are looking for:
Were looking for an Asset & Project Officer to support the development and implementation of our Asset Management Framework and related systems. Youll play a crucial role in supporting project management activities and project reporting.
What your day will look like:
- Contributing to the development of Councils Asset Management Framework and related documents
- Reviewing and collating relevant data for use in the framework
- Communicating and liaising with relevant stakeholder
- Supporting the project management reporting process
- Completing relevant administrative duties as required

What youll need for success:
- Experience in a similar asset management or systems analysis focused position including a working knowledge of asset management concepts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to relate well to stakeholders across the organisation
- Highly developed IT skills
- Strong team focused mentality also able to work autonomously
