About the Role: We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist to join our client an OOH advertising company. This role blends strong creative design skills with strategic marketing acumen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling billboard designs and a wide range of marketing collateral that supports our clients brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Work with clients to design eye-catching creative layouts for billboards and other out-of-home advertising. Develop and maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials. Create visually engaging proposal decks and presentations tailored to prospective clients and internal stakeholders. Design marketing collateral for company including brochures flyers digital ads and other print and digital assets. Produce content for social media including graphics short-form videos and stories. Contribute to the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and channels. Stay up-to-date with industry trends tools and technologies in both design and marketing.
MUST HAVES: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative marketing role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of layout color theory and typography. Experience with social media content creation and basic digital marketing principles. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience in billboard or signage design. Be located in Phoenix AZ and open to going into the office daily.
