Job Description
We are hiring an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee and streamline all AP processes ensure timely vendor payments via wire and check and maintain full compliance with internal accounting policies. You will manage a small team coordinate with other departments and handle documentation review and issue resolution to support the companys financial operations.
This role is ideal for a proactive team leader with excellent organizational skills accounting knowledge and experience managing AP functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise accounts payable staff and daily functions
- Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments (wire/check)
- Review invoices and documentation for accuracy and policy compliance
- Resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
- Monitor AP controls and support audits
- Assist in preparing reports related to accounts payable activities
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in accounts payable required
- Strong understanding of accounting systems and procedures
- Proficient in Excel and AP software tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a dynamic setting
