Job Description

The Product Manager Accessories (Temp) will support the development and execution of marketing strategies and tools to promote accessories associated with our patient monitoring product lines. Under the guidance of senior team members the Product Manager will assist with tracking product performance creating marketing collateral and supporting the sales team through the development of sales tools and training resources.

Essential Functions and Main Duties

  • Serve as a support resource for product-related questions from internal teams including sales and service personnel by developing foundational product knowledge.
  • Assist senior product managers in the product development and release process helping to track milestones and document lifecycle activities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of technical marketing collateral such as FAQs product notes basic user guides and training presentations under the direction of more experienced team members.
  • Help gather and organize customer feedback and product enhancement requests in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Provide general support across a variety of marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the manager.
  • Begin building familiarity with the broader NKA product portfolio to effectively support assigned duties.
  • Adhere to all company policies procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business need.

Qualifications

Education / Certification / Experience Required

  • Bachelors degree in marketing business life sciences or a related field; relevant education and internship/co-op experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 12 years of experience in marketing sales clinical or related roles; experience in the medical device industry is preferred but not required.
  • Exposure to product marketing (upstream and/or downstream) through coursework internships or early career experience is preferred.
  • Level and compensation depend on location experience education and skills.

Competencies Required

  • Experience working in a corporate and team environment.
  • Knowledge of related computer applications.
  • Current understanding of Marketing concepts.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment and decision making with demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Must effectively interface with all levels and functions of the organization both internally and externally.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant programs pertaining to products.
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing and to receive and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $25.00 to $36.00. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors including but not limited to skills education experience and location.

Working Conditions

Temporary 4-6 month assignment

Schedule: The regular hours for this temporary full-time position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MondayFriday unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday weekend and evening work hours may be required. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or department and are subject to change at any time at the Companys discretion.

Physical: Generally may require some reaching bending stooping squatting crawling kneeling pushing pulling lifting carrying up to 20 pounds finger dexterity repetitive motions standing walking sitting hearing visual acuity and color vision. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.
