Job Description
Were looking for a full-time Clinic Coordinator for our Internal Medicine Clinic! This position will also work in our Neurology and Wound Care Clinics.
Experience with referral management in EMR comfort with insurance verification and billing/coding ability to lead others and office coordination experience strongly preferred

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
- Enters patient information charges and billing information accurately in compliance with Medicare Medicaid and other payor requirements.
- Completes insurance authorizations.
- Sends patient statements and insurance claims in accurate timely manner.
- Coordinates third party billing activity ensures clean claims are sent resolves billing issues and balances claims.
- Functions as relief Clinic PCT as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- Clerical: typing filing scheduling computer phone and people skills
Experience:
- 2 years in a reception or clerical field
SALARY RANGE
- $22.96 to $33.77/hour
- Entry salary dependent upon education skill set and experience.
