Lead the engineering design & solutioning for capabilities to commercial sales organization needs using Apttus CPQ and Salesforce space and related enterprise systems integrations
Hands-on senior CPQ designer for specific programs/projects leading the development oversight of future state designs and responsible building common frameworks that will help developer community.
Facilitate change in the use of best practice methods in CPQ and CLM areas leveraging newer functionalities and features to support Product modelling and administration drive digital validation pricing of the products and quotes and contracts
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products
Engage frequently with the scrum team; conduct strategy and design workshops;
You will play active role in alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers Technical Anchors functional Owners and Developers.
Collaborate with Senior & Enterprise Architects to ensure that solution design has been fully considered for functional integration capacity performance infrastructure and support implications
Enforce governance around engineering design & processes to establish metrics and delivery consistent with product business outcomes and code reuse principles
Engage in design reviews to provide recommendations and incorporate technical security and content/documentation considerations
Lead analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise architecture
Collaborate with architects compliance security and risk strategy teams to proactively drive designs and on-going application evolution ensuring maintenance of current stability reliability performance and ensure alignment with company-wide strategy.
Gather and analyse data and develops designs at project level and Uses/explores AI technologies for software development.
Qualifications/Requirements:
10-12 years of IT Experience in architecture/solution designing and application system design on CPQ and SFDC (Good Knowledge of Apttus CPQ/CLM capabilities*must) at an industrial company that shows a progression towards business expertise
6-8 years of Strong Experience in Designing and building custom functionalities and bolt on capabilities on Apttus CPQ/CLM and SFDC eco system.
Hands on experience as a software developer Experience with thorough understanding of advanced SFDC coding standards Salesforce Apex Visual Force LWC and comfortable with both Apttus CPQ/SFDC configuration & Customizations
Experience with data migration tools like Apex Data Loader X -Author Excel Connector to Import and Export the data to the platform
Extensive experience in designing solutions for Enterprise CPQ/CLM application with in-depth understanding and experience in building integrations from Salesforce to other enterprise applications via middleware technologies.
Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems
Education bachelors in computer science or equivalent
Desired Characteristics:
Experience working with remote teams and across time zones.
Experience in delivery and implementation of solutions within established standards and documentation guidelines.
Experience with Salesforce Apex LWC JavaScript Client-Server architecture
Familiarity working in Agile/Iterative development environment
Knowledge of Performance Testing principles processes and procedures
Ability to work in a highly matrixed global organization and be able to drive value through building relationships at all levels of the various businesses.
Experience of leading teams using Agile delivery framework
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms
Contributes to creative solutions and challenges the status quo
Skilled in breaking down problems documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
Proactively learns new tools and identifies opportunities for improvement and promotes their adoption.
