The Youth Outreach Empowerment Team (YOET) CYMH brings together a dedicated group of professionals committed to supporting youth in care at high-risk. As part of this specialized team you collaborate with social workers youth advocates Indigenous Elders and other community partners to provide flexible creative and client-centered mental health services. This team thrives on collaboration meeting youth where they are and helping them build connections that foster healing and growth. Your work directly impacts young people who may struggle to access traditional services making a lasting difference in their lives)
The Role
As a YOET Outreach Clinician for Youth at High Risk you provide life-changing support to youth in care who face significant risks and barriers. You meet them where they are building trust connecting them with essential services and helping them navigate the transition to adulthood. Many youth served by YOET thrive because of the care and advocacy this role provides. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic collaborative team where innovation and flexibility drive meaningful impact.
