Were expanding our B2B Sales Team in France and are looking for a full-stack Sales person to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. This team focuses on the Manufacturing and Wholesale segments interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.

What will you do with us
Youll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. In our B2B Sales team the average sales cycle is 6 months dealing with companies ranging from 20 to 300 employees with an average ARR of 150K.
At Alan Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. Youll educate prospects provide inspiring product demos and onboard key stakeholders making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experiencemaking it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart) as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
Youll also help us grow and improve as a company challenging us to enhance our product(s) methods and strategy and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.
Youll be a great fit for the B2B Team at Alan if you:
Have at least 4 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Prospection is a key part of the role!
Are interested in interacting with prospects from the Manufacturing and Wholesale segments (theyre more traditional sectors)
Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English.
Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects problems.
Can influence through persuasion negotiation and consensus-building.
Have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.
Are eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.
Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris Bordeaux Lyon or Marseille.
