Location: Houston U.S.

Travel: Frequent (Approx. 35% within the U.S. occasional travel to HQ in Barcelona)

Your Impact
As a Product Manager at Submer you will play a key role in shaping our product strategy and roadmap in North America. You will work closely with strategic customers internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and introduce innovative solutions that meet market demands. Your insights and leadership will ensure Submer continues to deliver cutting-edge customer-centric products that align with our vision of a sustainable digital future.
What Youll Do
Develop and define strategic product roadmaps based on market research and customer feedback.
Translate customer requirements into detailed product features and priorities.
Oversee the full product lifecyclefrom concept and design to launch and performance analysis.
Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to deliver impactful features.
Align product development with corporate goals and market opportunities.
Work closely with sales marketing and presales teams to identify market trends and customer needs.
Foster a culture of innovation ownership and excellence within the product organization.
What Youll Need
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field (Masters preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management for technical products (hardware with embedded software).
Strong background in the data center industry and the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
Proven track record in managing the complete product lifecycle.
Skilled in market analysis strategic planning and customer engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to travel up to 35% across the U.S. with occasional international trips.
Our job titles may span more than one job level. The actual base pay is dependent on a number of factors such as transferable skills work experience business needs and market demands.
