This innovative firm connects businesses with a worldwide network of manufacturing partners to deliver custom production solutionsfrom CNC machining to 3D printing injection molding and more.
As a Key Account Manager youll play a pivotal role in the companys growth. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients expanding strategic accounts and driving revenue while acting as a trusted advisor. Your focus will be on value creation and partnership development supported by an internal team of Sales Assistants Pricing Engineers and Technical Engineers who handle quoting and follow-upsallowing you to concentrate on building lasting relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and execute sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets in your sector or region
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team on customer acquisition strategies
- Conduct client meetings and deliver customized solution-focused presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution
- Manage the entire sales cycle for strategic accounts
- Track and manage activities pipeline and opportunities via CRM
- Provide customer insights to improve products and services
- Support quotation and contract processes
- Represent the company in line with the commercial strategy
Qualifications
- 57 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in manufacturing services (e.g. CNC machining 3D printing injection molding) is a significant advantage
- Minimum B2 level of English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proven experience managing full-cycle customer projects
- Self-motivated proactive and capable of working independently
- Hybrid role in Istanbul or fully remote in other cities
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations purchasing or supply chain processes.
- Experience managing end-to-end sales projects.
- Strong digital communication skills and comfort with online customer engagement.
