Job Description
Role:
Develop extensive knowledge of the product users/stakeholders needs and interpret and share that knowledge with the product team providing context as needed to ensure what they develop and deliver what is expected
Work with co-workers to understand and quantify their needs and requirements ensuring they are included and integrated into the product as needed
Test analyse and validate the actual impact of the product to make sure the product reaches its goals
Responsible for all product related analysis utilizing both customer and product data
Support the Product Owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights
Support the Product Owner in writing user stories
Essential requirements:
Progressive and diverse experience in digital product development
Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up
Experience working with and knowledge of the needs of customers or clients (internal or external)
Ability to apply agile analysis techniques for creating user stories and acceptance criteria
Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data
Demonstrable experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
Strong team working and collaboration skills
