We at Klingit are looking for commercial trainees to join our exciting international expansion in Norway and Sweden. What matters most isnt what youve done before or what experience you bring with you but that youre eager to be part of a fast-paced growth journey and start building your commercial sales career here with us at Klingit.
A little about us at Klingit Norway
We are a small but well-oiled and ambitious commercial team of 9 people in Norway with our parent company in Sweden (with a global team of 100 talented people) and international ambitions. Klingit is a pioneering company that provides a full range of creative services to businesses and we are now growing. We combine design technology and scalable solutions to help our clients build strong digital presences and marketing strategies.
Is this you
Were looking for someone who is curious interested in sales and enjoys connecting with new people. You will work with outbound sales presenting Klingit to potential customers building relationships and helping create growth and interest. You will be part of a vital team within the company which together is responsible for creating new customer relationships for Klingit in both Norway and Sweden. Therefore its a big plus if you can speak both Norwegian and Swedish (although Norwegian is not required). If you have a natural ability to communicate and enjoy learning new tools and methods that will be a great advantage.
Experience in sales is not a requirement but we believe youll enjoy working here if you:
Are eager to grow and want to learn more about sales and marketing
Are comfortable on the phone email and digital tools
Have good communication skills in Swedish and English both written and spoken
Work well in a small team actively contribute to learning and enjoy a social work environment
Have the ambition of securing a full-time position and further career development after the trainee period ends
