Job Description

Evac has been a pioneer in sustainable technologies and solutions for decades. Today we are the worlds leading provider of integrated Evac water waste and wastewater technologies Cathelco corrosion protection and marine growth prevention and HEM freshwater systems.

We are now looking for a Head of Channel Partner Sales to lead and develop our global network of partners and distributors for Evac Business Line (BL) Spares. This strategic role is critical to delivering our customer value proposition and achieving profitable growth in partner-driven salessupporting our vision of Nothing to Waste.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated team of account managers focused on the performance and development of the channel partner network.
  • Take global responsibility for partner order intake and gross margin results.
  • Strengthen partner engagement and ensure deep understanding of Evacs products and value proposition.
  • Conduct market assessments to identify untapped segments technologies and geographies.
  • Align partner strategies with Evacs growth plans to build presence across key markets services and new builds.
  • Monitor report and improve channel effectiveness and partner performance against targets.
  • Deliver impactful sales and product training to ensure strong product know-how across the partner network.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales service and delivery teams to drive revenue across all streams.
  • Act as an industry thought leader - evangelizing our solutions and inspiring engagement within the channel.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record in leading international channel sales or business development.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Experience in aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and external partners toward shared goals.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking backed by solid analytical and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage and present at executive levels.
  • A passion for sustainability innovation and delivering exceptional customer value.
