Job Summary (Lead II - Data Analysis):
- 6 years of experience in data analytics with significant telecom industry exposure especially in networking/data scientist roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying large databases and Python (pandas numpy etc.) for data analysis and scripting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manipulate and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in AI/ML techniques and frameworks (scikit-learn TensorFlow); familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP is a plus.
- Skilled in data visualization using Tableau (mandatory) or Power BI (optional); able to create clear compelling dashboards for non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks (mandatory) or Spark (optional) for big data processing workflow optimization and advanced analytics.
- Commitment to data quality accuracy and governance; experience with data assurance and QA practices in analytics projects.
- Strategic thinker capable of aligning data analysis with business strategy and presenting insights/recommendations to leadership.
- Self-starter who can independently manage projects and collaborate effectively across teams (engineering product etc.).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field (Data Science Statistics Computer Science Engineering Business) or equivalent experience/certifications.
- Optional skills in Power BI Spark ETL/ELT and Cloud Technologies.
