Job Description
Lead the forefront of innovative solutions analysis in a dynamic tech environment driving success through expertise in data analytics and technical program delivery.
As a Lead Solutions Analyst within JP Morgan Chases Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning and Data platform (AMDP) team you will play a central role in promoting the success of our technical program delivery. You will leverage your deep understanding of applications platforms and products to act as a key bridge between product owners business operations and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives.
As a technical subject matter expert youll navigate ambiguity manage change effectively and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery. Responsibilities include evaluating existing processes offering solutions to drive business value and ensuring project success under tight timelines. The position also includes mentoring junior analysts leading cross-departmental projects and fostering innovation. Strong analytical and communication skills along with a solid understanding of software development life cycles are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
Job responsibilities
Lead the elicitation documentation and validation of business and data flow requirements ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
Model the design and implementation of technical solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large diverse datasets promoting data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Provide project status reports to business stakeholders. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising project success.
Identify potential risks and escalate issues as required.
Continuously explore opportunities to improve application functionality making recommendations for enhancements.
Influences senior leaders finance teams and technology contributors adept at articulating complex problems to all levels.
Detailed in designing and wireframing UI improvements that enhance user experiences.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis technical program delivery or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application including hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques with experience in developing and interpreting models diagrams and data-driven insights
- Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms software tools and technologies to drive innovative solutions
- Strong track record of leading through change navigating ambiguous situations and managing dependencies in complex projects
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to think critically embrace new technologies and balance stakeholder needs with user requirements.
- Hands on experience using SDLC tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Hands on expereince with dashboards and data visualization tools
- Passion for design and producing excellent work with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Masters or bachelors degree in computer science or engineering related field; or equivalent related professional experience
- Dashboard development with Tableau
