Tasks
Location: Frankfurt Germany
Hybrid: 3 times a week on the clients office
Type of Contract: Permanent Contract
Mandatory Languages: German (C1) and English (C1)
Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Germany
Candidates without the Mandatory Languages will not be contacted.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs to enable the effective use of generative AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) across operational teams
- Develop practical guides and conduct hands-on sessions to support AI integration into day-to-day workflows (e.g. documents deviations CAPAs change controls)
- Build and deploy customized AI applications for quality management processes (e.g. deviation and change control handling)
- Create test and optimize prompts to standardize reporting and document workflows in line with GxP compliance
- Design develop and validate custom GPTs and Microsoft Power Apps for specific operational use cases
- Ensure AI solutions meet functionality compliance and traceability standards through proper documentation
- Design of structured training programmes for the effective use of generative AI tools & training of Staff in it
Requirements
Must haves:
- Degree in IT Computer Science Data Science Quality Management or a related technical field (Masters a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT & Pharma and at least 3 years of experience working with AI technologies in practical business-focused contexts
- Strong hands-on background with generative AI tools such as GPT models and Microsoft Copilot
- Proven track record in designing and refining prompts and building real-world AI solutions
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Platform especially Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience developing applications within quality-driven environments (knowledge of QMS is a bonus)
- Solid grasp of compliance standards data integrity and GxP regulations within the pharma sector
- Strategic and creative thinker with a knack for spotting AI opportunities in operational processes
- Comfortable driving change and promoting adoption of AI-driven workflows across teams
- German C1 minimum
- Hybrid position in Frankfurt
