Job Description
Key Responsibilities and nbsp;
MDM Solution Design and amp; Development: and nbsp;
Lead the design and development of MDM solutions including data modeling data integration and data governance. and nbsp;
Lead the client calls and discussions on the MDM requirements and ability to provide solutions and nbsp;
Customize and configure Profisee MDM tool to meet business requirements. and nbsp;
Implement data quality processes including data cleansing validation and enrichment. and nbsp;
Functional Expertise: and nbsp;
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. and nbsp;
Translate business needs into technical solutions ensuring alignment with organizational goals. and nbsp;
Develop and maintain functional documentation including requirements design specifications and test plans. and nbsp;
Integration and amp; Data Governance: and nbsp;
Design and implement integration strategies for MDM solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g. ERP CRM). and nbsp;
Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance. and nbsp;
Testing and amp; Deployment: and nbsp;
Lead unit testing system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts. and nbsp;
Manage the deployment of MDM solutions ensuring smooth transitions to production environments. and nbsp;
Required Qualifications and nbsp;
Experience: and nbsp;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MDM development and implementation. and nbsp;
Proven track record as an individual contributor in MDM projects. and nbsp;
Hands-on experience with any MDM tools. and nbsp;
Technical Skills: and nbsp;
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java SQL and Python. and nbsp;
Experience with data integration tools and techniques. and nbsp;
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques. and nbsp;
Functional Skills: and nbsp;
In-depth knowledge of MDM concepts and best practices. and nbsp;
Experience in data governance and data quality management. and nbsp;
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. and nbsp;
Soft Skills: and nbsp;
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. and nbsp;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. and nbsp;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. and nbsp;
