Job Descripon:
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant is responsible for delivering configuration customization and implementation services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions. This role involves collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to assess business requirements design tailored solutions and ensure successful adoption and ongoing effectiveness of CRM systems. The consultant actively participates in all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering solution design configuration testing training deployment and support.
Required Skills and Experience
.
2–4 years of experience configuring and delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or D365 solutions in a consulting environment.
.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM core functionalities and customization tools.
.
Experience with Power Platform components (Power Apps Power Automate) is highly desirable.
.
Ability to analyze and model business processes and translate them into CRM soluons.
.
Proficiency in documenting requirements and creating user and system documentation.
.
Excellent communicaon skills both written and verbal with experience in client-facing roles.
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
.
Experience with SQL database design SSIS SSAS and reporting tools is an asset.
.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365 Sales Service or Customer Engagement) are highly desirable.
Education
.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or a related eld or equivalent experience.
Certifications (Preferred)

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Service or Customer Engagement Certified Exam.
.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customizaon and Configuration Exam.
