Job Description
The Dispatcher/Supervisor will manage dispatch operations assign delivery routes and oversee a team of dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
What You Will Do
Assign delivery routes and schedules to drivers.
Monitor delivery progress and resolve issues or delays.
Coordinate with logistics customer service and warehouse teams.
Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Supervise train and evaluate dispatch staff.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in dispatch or supervisory roles.
Proficient in English language verbal and written.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with dispatch management software.
Knowledge of logistics and regulatory compliance.
