Position: Inside Sales Lead/ Business Development Lead
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the inside sales team to ensure consistent performance and productivity.
- Set clear sales targets monitor progress and support team members in achieving individual and team goals.
- Assist in developing and executing effective B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and lead generation.
- Guide and participate in effective cold calling practices; lead by example and support team members in improving outreach efforts.
- Coach mentor and train the inside sales team helping them enhance their sales and communication skills.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations provide constructive feedback and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with B2B clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing product and customer support to align efforts and improve customer experience.
- Analyze sales metrics and provide reports on performance trends and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Offer insights into market trends customer feedback and competitive developments to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field; a Master s degree is a plus.
- 3 5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably within the IT or Audio-Visual industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and team leadership.
- Strong skills in cold calling lead generation and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to motivate guide and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.

Education

Strong network of retail and channel partners in the consumer IT space. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage retail operations. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
