Strong Spas is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative at our Northumberland Call Center. The job duties include:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer-related phone inquiries and ensure that issues are resolved promptly professionally and thoroughly.
- Manage escalated client calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Respond to email correspondence quickly and competently.
- Utilize outstanding typing skills to enter orders and detailed notes into our CRM systems.
- Educate our customers on the companys products and services.
- Look for innovative ways to enhance the customers experience
