Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience: Minimum of 5.5 years of experience in sales lead generation and appointment coordination preferably within events hospitality or mobile services.
  • Strategic Sales Outreach: Advanced skill in outbound lead generation techniques including list building social prospecting cold emailing and multi-channel follow-ups.
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong experience using CRM tools or similar platforms to manage lead databases run reports and maintain structured follow-through on sales activity.
  • Communication & Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal English; ability to craft effective outreach messages build rapport quickly and represent the brand with professionalism.
  • Autonomous Execution: Comfortable working independently and owning the top-of-funnel process without requiring daily oversight; ability to prioritize pivot and self-manage tasks.
  • Industry Experience Preferred: Proven track record in event services catering mobile bar rentals or beverage distribution with deep familiarity of how lead gen flows in these sectors.
  • Goal-Driven Mentality: Motivated by clear performance targets and open to bonus/ commission structures based on booked events qualified leads or closed sales; driven to exceed expectations.

Core responsibilities:

  • Event & Catering Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new event booking opportunities for mobile tap truck services full bar setups and catering across Southern California targeting weddings private events corporate functions and local venues.
  • Vendor & Venue Outreach: Build and maintain contact lists of wedding venues event planners breweries and partner vendors to get added to preferred vendor lists pitch services and stay top-of-mind for upcoming events.
  • Creative Prospecting Strategies: Execute outbound outreach using creative tactics like direct messaging Facebook group engagement and content seeding to build visibility and generate interest from target audiences.
  • CRM & Lead Tracking: Maintain an organized CRM (or lead tracker system) with detailed records of outreach activity follow-ups lead status and performance metrics to ensure consistent progress and accountability.
  • Product Expansion Support: Assist in generating leads and qualifying interest for additional verticals including AI-enabled vending machines (targeting businesses public agencies and correctional facilities) and emerging event-related ventures.
  • Email Marketing & Follow-Up: Draft and send outreach sequences follow-up emails and customized introductions to engage warm prospects and nudge them toward booking a call submitting a form or requesting a quote.
