Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor maintain and troubleshoot BMS systems including HVAC controls lighting energy and security systems.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of controllers sensors field devices and software platforms.
Respond to faults and alarms analyze system issues and ensure timely resolution.
Support the facilities management team in optimizing energy performance and system reliability.
Maintain up-to-date documentation logs and reports of BMS performance and interventions.
Interface with OEMs and vendors for upgrades repairs and support services.
Requirements
Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with BMS systems (such as Siemens Schneider or Honeywell) and Facilities Maintenance.
Strong understanding of HVAC and MEP system integration with BMS.
Excellent diagnostic communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently in critical environments.
Good command of English both written and spoken.
