Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned BMS Engineer/Technician to support the operation maintenance and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems across high-end facilities. The role is maintenance-focused and requires expertise in BMS platforms and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor maintain and troubleshoot BMS systems including HVAC controls lighting energy and security systems.

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of controllers sensors field devices and software platforms.

  • Respond to faults and alarms analyze system issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Support the facilities management team in optimizing energy performance and system reliability.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation logs and reports of BMS performance and interventions.

  • Interface with OEMs and vendors for upgrades repairs and support services.




Requirements

  • Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with BMS systems (such as Siemens Schneider or Honeywell) and Facilities Maintenance.

  • Strong understanding of HVAC and MEP system integration with BMS.

  • Excellent diagnostic communication and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work independently in critical environments.

  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
